Each room that follows carries the same conviction. The wine bar is a world unto itself, intimate and jewel-like, its walls flanked by illuminated bottle racks and anchored by a counter in vivid red veined marble. Warm caramel leather armchairs gather around a stone coffee table, while an onyx backlit wall glows at the far end. A room designed not merely for wine, but for the kind of conversation that only happens late in the evening.

The master bedroom is the villa's most serene space. A full height travertine feature wall runs the length of the room, its quiet geological pattern illuminated from within. Warm wood joinery lines the walls. Layered textiles in taupe and charcoal dress the bed. Sculptural pendant lighting hangs like jewellery above. The room is vast, and yet it feels entirely intimate.

Throughout the villa, the palette is warm and unwavering: stone, marble, brass, dark metal, aged wood, and velvet. Natural materials chosen for their depth and their ability to age with grace. Art appears not as decoration but as conviction. Nature is present in every room, never as an afterthought.

This villa does not announce itself. It reveals itself, gradually, room by room, as the full weight of what has been designed here becomes apparent.

The entrance sets the terms. A double height lobby of exceptional scale opens upon arrival, its soaring volume defined by monumental marble columns and flooded with natural light that pours in from full height glazing. A cascading chandelier in brass and crystal descends from above like a frozen waterfall, its light catching the polished marble floors below. Living trees — a blazing auburn and a composed bonsai — bring the outside in and give the space an atmosphere that no furniture alone could achieve. Bronze figurative sculptures punctuate the sequence, quiet presences that speak of a client with a genuine and considered relationship to art.

At the heart of the lobby, a sculptural staircase rises in a sweeping arc of dark metal and marble, framed against the garden beyond. It is at once a functional element and the most dramatic gesture in the house. To climb it is to understand what this villa is about.
